Okay. Here's the deal. In about a week, I'll be closing my commissions. At that point, I'll be working as hard as i can to get them done in a timely manner before they open again, though it might be a good few months before that happens. As for my current commissions that i need to do? I'll need some time. The reason being medical. It's entirely possible that this week, I'll get a call regarding results from a CAT scan and an ultrasound that I had on Monday. It's possible that these results will mean that I need surgery. If I need surgery, I'll be sent to California (from Utah, where I live) to have it. What is the surgery that's going to be done? I'll show you.

WARNING: IF YOU ARE SQUEAMISH WITH MEDICAL INFORMATION, DO NOT PROCEED. THE FOLLOWING IMAGES SHOW A BLACK AND WHITE X-RAY STYLE IMAGE OF MY SPINE AND ARTERIES. DO NOT VIEW IF YOU THINK YOU CAN'T HANDLE IT.

This is the first image: One Alter
Click the link to view it. I won't be posting it where squeamish people may see it on accident. This is my spine. That big white line in front of it is my aorta. The circled white line coming off of it is one of my arteries. This is an image of it that was taken while I had taken in a breath, and was holding it. I was breathing in at the time, and my lungs were full. My diaphram was lifted.

This is the second image: Two Alter
That circled line is the same artery. What's the difference? I had breathed out and held my breath out for as long as i could. my lungs were empty. my diaphram was pushing against this artery. That is not normal. every time i breathe out, this is what happens to that artery. It gets crunched up and kinked off, and blood cant flow through it anymore. this is a massive difference in comparison between the two photos.

This is what the surgery would fix. they would go in and find the muscles attatched to my diaphram that are pulling on the artery, and they would snip and move the muscles out of the way. that way, the artery will stay open and normal like it is in the first image. The first image is how it's supposed to be in a normal human. the second is how it is in me every time i exhale.

Its pretty difficult for a lot of doctors to understand, so thats okay if you dont get it. But I thought some of you might be interested to see what happens in my body, and i thought this might explain to you guys why im so tired- so in pain- so shaky- etc. i dont get enough blood, because have of the time, this artery is kinked off. This is why just breathing is tiring. I'll be waiting to see if i need that surgery. i hope i do. I want this fixed.
