"What'cha makin?" Bubble asked, looking over ArtSong's shoulder and allowing her gaze to settle on the painting before her. She watched ArtSong's hooves spread paint across the canvas, creating a smooth blend of colors.

"I couldn't tell you," The pegasus replied, "I never have a plan for art. It just kinda happens."

ArtSong's name is often misspelled. It is one of the stranger names, having two capital letters, yet only one word. She doesn't particularly mind when her name is spelled "Art Song" or "Artsong", but is oftened surprised when she sees it being spelled correctly.
She earned her cutie mark at 7 years old. At the time, she was just finishing a painting she was particularly proud of, singing along with the music on her radio. Upon finishing the work of art, she was informed by her brother that she had a mark on her flank. She celebrated, of course, by making more art.
She was a few years late in getting her mark, but didn't mind. Even if it wasn't her talent, she would always continue to follow her passion for art and music. She was pleasantly surprised to receive the mark she was hoping for.
